Took my phone in on Saturday to get the screen replaced. The man replaced it really fast and I walked away thinking everything was fine. Over the next few days I noticed the battery life had changed drastically and I was needing to charge my phone a lot more frequently (normally would only charge once in the evening whilst asleep and it would last all day). I phoned the shop to see if there was anything they could do about that or if they’d accidentally made a mistake/knocked something while changing the screen. The man on the phone explained there would be no reason why the person replacing my screen would’ve needed to go near my battery and basically said it was my fault and it must’ve already been like that and I would need my battery replacing which would cost me an extra PS61.
I have no proof anything was done maliciously or even accidentally but I know how my battery was working before and I know how it’s working now so my conclusion is that something happened while my phone was with them. I just wanted to share my story so others can decide whether to use this company or not. I can safely I will not be using them again.

I took my phone for a new screen having taken it to someone else first. The previous person had put a new screen on but sad it was faulty and they would have to get me another, the screen was just black. I decided to go elsewhere and took it to The Phone Doctor when he took the screen off there was glue everywhere and it was in a bit of mess. He put me a new screen on but it still didn’t work this was because the glue had got into the phone. The Phone Doctor cleaned all the inside and managed to get it working all at no extra cost.
I can’t thank him enough for making right someone else’s problem and would highly recommend their services.

Took my phone in for a screen repair and, upon collection, it had a number of issues which had definitely not been present prior. I took it back to ask that it be looked at again, and was told the new issues could not be related to the screen repair (despite subsequent research suggesting otherwise), and any additional work would be chargeable. Very disappointing experience, and I’m now PS50 worse off in addition to having to replace my phone.
