Excellent service from Phone Geeks in Castleford, after my provider Vodafone proved to be utterly useless in helping me to replace the battery for my Huawei phone, with whom I had a pay as you go contract. The Phone Geeks were great, ordered a new battery and agreed to fit it with guarantees on their work. New battery within 2 days and fitted in an hour. Great advice also in how to charge my battery efficiently. No more charging overnight. Great service thoroughly recommend.
Quick service but they do not use genuine Apple replacement parts but do not tell you of this before you commit to the work. Had I known, I wouldn’t have let them repair the screen to my phone.
Also, not sure what they have done, but the case no longer fits my device.
Went in to get a quote for the repair of a laptop. Very honestly told me and my daughter that it wouldn’t be cost effective, and gave advice about possible replacements. Incredibly helpful, and very sensitive to my daughter who was upset that she’d broken it.
