I paid a PS20 deposit on a specific type of lead. I was given a piece of scrappy paper and a note was added in their own notebook. I came back two weeks later and somehow dropped my half of the note as I was walking there.

When I arrived I explained I dropped my half and could they look in their book at their note and match up what we had agreed and that I had ID I could share. The gentleman behind the counter just shrugged and refused to look on his notes at all, despite my politely asking him to do so.

He barely said a word but flatly refused to look at their own notes.

In my mind they stole that money from me. I appreciate I lost my half of the ticket, but I had ID, and any good honest company with good customer service would have happily at least checked their notes where I plainly saw them add my name and address and the deposit paid. I could even see what looked like the same notebook in front of him on the counter.

I was so stunned I just decided to leave and not have a row about it, but I have never forgotten the attitude and disrespect I was shown that day, and I always recommend that people are very careful if they use this store and consider trying different ones.

Perhaps the person helping me had a bad day, and they are a great person – but they singularly failed to be that on the day I met them. I felt like a total idiot and that I had been taken advantage of. All it would have taken was checking their notebook and it would have been in there.

Called last night just before they closed to see if they could repair the screen on my s22 ultra. Luckily he had one in stock so we took the 40 min journey today to get it fixed.
The guy in the shop went above and beyond to help getting the phoned fixed the repair was done in just over half hour then we was on our merry way overall the service was fantastic you just need to look at their reviews to see how good they are

Micky and his colleagues fixed what others couldn’t or were quoting outrageous prices for. Not only that, some others told me I would have to pay even if they didn’t fix my phone – absolute thievery!!
The Phone Shop were courteous, patient and knowledgeable about their craft, exactly what you need when something drastic happens to your phone. Highly recommend and will use again in the future! Thank you!!
