Unfortunately I had to give a star to leave a review.
The guy who runs this place doesn’t have a bloody clue what he is doing. The bad service started when he ordered the wrong part to repair the screen for my Nokia 6.1 (even after taking down the unique serial number from my phone so he could order the exact part!) He didn’t do anything to try to rectify the problem until I went into the shop to check on the repairs progress (3 times.) He kept telling me, “Give me another couple of days and I can get it fixed” knowing when I took it in that I was only there visiting family for a week. He even tried selling me the loan phone he gave me while mine was in for repair, which had a cracked screen! It ended up that not only could he not repair it, he gave it back to me in 2 separate pieces, the LCD display had been unglued from the main phone and he had made such a cowboy botch job on separating the LCD display that it’s damaged the glass on the main phone compartment and is impossible for anyone else to fix AND he went and lost one of the main parts required to be able to reattach the LCD display even if he hadn’t made an irreparable mess of the surrounding phone glass.
*AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
4/12/2019- Sadly, because of the shoddy workmanship and incompetence of ‘The Phone Shop’ the phone has had to be replaced and binned as, after a lot of extensive research, it was deemed irreparable.

Went to him a few months ago after dropping my phone (for a new screen). However, after he put a new screen on; the battery was draining quickly and I couldn’t connect to internet. A couple of weeks later, the phone went on the network (3) screen & wouldn’t get past that. Ended up buying a new phone, but wanted to restore my pictures. So went back to him, without asking he ripped open the back of the phone (smashing the glass back into pieces) then said it was because the battery was broken & couldn’t hold enough power to start up. He tells me to come back in a few days for a price of PS25. Then when I get there he tries to say it’s PS30. End up paying & pick the phone up that night. Still wouldn’t get past the network sign, so I let the battery die then charged it to 100%. Still doesn’t work, so call him up; and he tells me he only fixed the battery like I asked him (I didn’t) and denies I even told him I wanted the network issue fixed (even though thats clearly the problem, as the phone won’t even turn off till it’s dead. It just shows the network sign. So he was just shouting down the phone. Long story short… it’s a scam.
Took my S20 PLUS for a screen replacement today…they said 3 hours come back. Went back and they said they forgot…waste of my time as I needed the phone ASAP done, for my holiday the same day.
Also I had to unlock the phone and leave it…I felt unsafe leaving the phone open to strangers with all the hardware and software freely to do whatever they wanted if so…? Not sure if this is the process to change a screen but didn’t like it.
