Screen stopped working on phone – went in and they took time to give me advice and different options as they said it would be expensive to fix. No pressure from them at all to use their service and showed a lot of integrity. That plus the excellent reviews meant I ultimately decided to go with them. Screen fixed within 3 days, 1 day faster than they quoted. Charged up and working when I went to collect. 9 month warranty on the work they did. It wasnt the cheapest option but they were completely transparent about cost and I got my phone sorted quickly and without losing anything on it, which wouldn’t have been the case if it had gone to the manufacturer or home insurer. So it was worth every penny. Couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
