First & Foremost, I was greeted with a smile and a few polite words, that is always a great start. The gentleman (sorry, I didn’t get his name) then took the phone from me and went over to his workbench. In a matter of just a few minutes he returned the phone back to me with my problem solved. The manners and great service I received assures that should I have any problems in future ‘The Phone Stand’ will be my first port of call. Thank You.

Went there today to fix my IPhone SE second generation to find out it was knackered. Lucky the bloke there managed to fix me up with a brand new phone in perfect nic and was very helpful. Good service and nice customer service 100% recommend if you ever have any problems with your phone been going here quite a few years.
