I scratched my Apple Watch Series 8 by brushing it against a wall, now this wasn’t any old wall, but a 300 year old wall, all jagged and rough edges.

I thought the watch was ruined and the only way to fix it would be a screen replacement which isn’t cheap on a watch.

I asked one of my good friends for advice who works in tech and he recommended The Phone Whisperer who could give the screen a polish. (They can’t fix the aluminium casing, however from reading online apparently metal polish can sort this out, if I’m brave enough).

So I contacted them and they said to post it to them as they are nearly 200 miles away from me. So off I went to the post office and I received the watch back a few days later. They posted the watch back to me the day after receiving it and wow what a difference!

I’m totally impressed, the screen is almost like new, the big gouges are totally gone. I’ve attached some photos but to be honest the damage doesn’t look nearly as bad as it did with the naked eye, however that is all gone now.

These guys have done a great job, and with a real quick turnaround. I can see why they have such high reviews and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, even if they aren’t close by to you.

Called in the shop this week to enquire about a screen repair for an iPad. Reasonable price to replace the screen quoted. I was advised they would do it as quickly as they could. They called me later the same day to advise it was ready for collection. Staff are very helpful. Would definitely use them again.
