Not a fan of this shop at all. My screen broke a couple months ago, being a single parent I needed it fixed immediately, although I can fix the screen myself I could not wait another day to have the screen replaced. Upon collecting my phone I was told anything that was wrong with it when I left the shop was my own responsibility, I checked the phone over and it seemed fine and left, within an hour my screen stopped working and went completely black, upon removing the screen I noticed the black tape inside was GLUED to cover a tear in it. I replaced the screen myself the next day with a new one and have had no further issues but left myself PS120 out of pocket, PS90 in the shop and PS30 for the screen I ordered myself. My friend also used this shop and her screen was left HANGING out of the phone and did not work until again I replaced it myself. Avoid like the plague.

In reply to yours you did in fact tell me that I must check the phone before I left the shop as anything that happened outwith the shop would be my responsibility and you would no be doing anything for me if I came back. I can tell you now there was a hairline tear in the ribbon not enough to go right through but it was there upon inspection.

My friend got her phone fixed here and the screen was faulty and I went on with her to see if they were anything that he could do to fix it as it was not working properly, when approached by the male worker he had a attitude on his shoulders and when my friend had told him about what was wrong and he was telling my friend that it was her fault that it was not working and started shouting at my friend while we had kids with us and was holding her phone not giving her it back untill two other customers came in the shop. Was vile! Avoid at all costs.

I would avoid this place at all costs in the future. Visited this shop while just passing by to buy a screen protector for my phone and the shop was empty which didn’t stop the 2 guys in there finishing there conversation for a few minutes before they even acknowledge I was there..Eventually when I explained what I wanted the guy said as I had a small crack on the screen the protector wouldn’t be any good and I would need to have a new screen fitted.
He quoted me a price of 80 pounds for this..
Nonsense.
I said I’d just like a screen protector anyway and he said it would be 10 pounds ..
That’s double the cost of any other shop.
I politely refused and left.
