Shady and dishonest.
They replaced my battery with a worn used battery. My battery was worn and needed replacing. I was charged a higher rate than other places, only to be sold a used battery.

I use a battery health app. When I checked the app it had said the battery was at 82% health. When dropping below 80, you start to notice poor battery and is when experts reccomend to replace it. I thought maybe the app just needed time to adjust to a new battery and took the reading with a pinch of salt.

After less than a year my battery is playing up. Batteries are supposed to last around at least 2 years. So it’s now become clear that the app reading was accurate and they did sell me a used battery.

Enquired about a new rear glass for a iPhone 14 Pro Max on the Monday was told a price was happy to go ahead and they needed to order the glass and by Wednesday was in the shop getting it repaired took quicker than expected and amazing out come

Replaced my screen on my Samsung phone, using a genuine screen, as I had a copy fitted somewhere else wich was unusable. Good service! Same day repair, and giving me 6 months warranty for my peace of mind. Definitely recommend this shop!
