I went to RCS to replace the desktop they supplied in 2016.
The team listen well to what your needs are, and give trustworthy professional advice and support. They all have terrific attention to detail, and the service is absolutely first-class. Most important is that they are super-helpful, and do what they say they will do. Their after-sales service is amazingly good. Buying IT kit can be fraught, but they make the process smooth from start to finish. I would not buy from anywhere else.

Brought in a 15 year old laptop and was advised as to why it was beyond repair. Came away with a very smart ASUS vivobook which was recommended for my needs. It is perfect and has come with all the data transferred. Staff were very helpful in making my decision and have since followed up to find out if I am happy. It’s so good to find this sort of expertise locally in Matlock. Can surely recommend RCS to anyone thinking of using their services.
Great customer service throughout. Initially came in to get my laptop fixed but with it being 7 years old decided to get a new one instead at a very reasonable price and with a hardware upgrade. Up and running with a new laptop within 24 hours with all my data transferred over. Would recommend and return happily. Pete was friendly and listened to what I wanted and Keelan was very enthusiastic
