Initially very impressive with helpful staff and confidence-inspiring patter gave me a good feeling about their services. My microwave was repaired as per their estimate , within a reasonable time period and although quite expensive, I had no qualms about their ability to repair it. However when it went wrong 7 months later with the same fault as originally diagnosed the immediate reaction was to point out the warranty period for their repair services was 90 days only, something shown on the website but not explained, quoted or visible when visiting the premises. This is despite the assurance that only genuine manufacturers parts are used. Panasonic was equally not helpful and would not offer any warranty on their parts other than the 90 days that their recommended repairer quoted. The PS190 repair carried out was money wasted. We are being urged to repair not replace but after this experience, I am unlikely to follow that option in the future and certainly not with this company.

Horrendous experience. Instructed by Cost Co to come and look at my faulty Tv.

Driver came at 7am and almost came through the front of my living room having missed where the drive ended and my front lawn began. An hour later in a stupendous gesture of goodwill I towed him off of my lawn, only to receive a quick thanks then he left. My lawn now looks like it’s ready to plant some kind of crop thanks to the two huge 12ft troughs that have been dug in as the driver wheel span. No offer by the driver to help rectify the damage or contact details of appropriate person to speak to at the company. Company acknowledged my complaint some days later but after 8 days no offer of a resolution. I will be taking legal action to recover costs to rectify property damage as well as compensation.

It’s ok though as they say they are a “small company”. Small company with big contracts – not my problem.

Very quick diagnosis and actual repair of OLED TV but inefficiencies in the process meant it took 7 weeks from start to finish

-The engineer assigned diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes which was impressive but the engineer couldn’t record the evidence needed to submit to LG as his phone had run out of storage.

-I ended up recording and sending the video on WhatsApp

-Fast forward 2 weeks later no update nor ETA

-Emailed customer service

-Received a call from a very courteous customer service agent asking me to submit a video proof that I had already sent to the engineer

-Took another 3 weeks and chasing to finally get a ETA

– The actual repair was again efficient as the diagnosis

Technically very efficient but process needs ironing out in my humble opinion
