Absolutely fantastic service from first phone call to the job being carried out. Had my machine insured for four years with Domestic and General, called them for my first repair and was told it would take two weeks for a engineer to look at the machine. I found in the small print I could get my own engineer, pay them and get refunded the money. I contacted the service shop, had an appointment booked for less than 48 hours later, i was able to choose either a.m or p.m. engineer called me before arriving, came and repaired the machine there and then. much cheaper than expected. Left full invoice for me to be able to claim the money back. Will 100% use again if I need to, and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much

I’ve recently moved house and wanted to replace an electric oven.
I decided on a Bosch oven from the ‘Which’ recommended Best Buy.
I spoke to Stephen and ordered the oven.

When John arrived to install he discovered an issue with the area the oven was to be fitted into.

John devised a plan that would suit and he came back a few days later and completed the installation.

What an exceptional service from John – a slight problem that he resolved with his joinery skills!!!

First time using The Service Shop and the whole experience was 5 star from the first phone call to resolution everything was done in a professional way. The engineer phoned before turning up to make sure we were in as agreed. Completed the job the next day as had to order the part for my washing machine door. Carried out the work and the invoice showed his Call Out Fee and charge for the Part. Nothing but a first class service and really appreciated the fact I could call the shop and pay by card over the phone. Thank you
