My husband and I went to this store to change phone service providers and were assisted by a very helpful employee (I’m afraid we neglected to ask for his name but the receipt marks it as J Doucette) and he was amazing! We had brought our one year old in the store with us and he was getting fussy, this employee was very friendly and offered to bring out chairs for us and dummy phones to distract the baby, we declined but the offer was very sweet. I appreciated how thorough he was while explaining the process for swapping carriers as I had never done it before, and he explained each step as he went through the process.
I found all the employees upbeat and friendly and most of all very patient while we took turns walking around the store with our son to keep him busy. We had a great experience yesterday and will definitely be back!

The way they handle warranty now is a joke, Asurion has a horrible reputation and a shady company. They claim you call and it’s easy, but hours on the phone and nothing is resolved. The old way was way easier.
Before you bring your product in for warranty and they take care of it. Now I had to call Asurion for them to tell me I have to contact Microsoft because their warranty overturns Asurions? They just give you a Microsoft number that doesn’t even work anymore and you can’t even put a claim on the website so now you’re stuck with hours wasted and nothing resolved. Overall if you want a good warranty and no headaches that doesn’t beat around the bush go to Best Buy. The source needs to drop Asurion

We dealt with Andrew the manager at the Champlain mall location in Dieppe NB. He was amazing explaining everything so we understood what we were getting. He made sure we got all the discounts and promotions available. We switched everything from Roger’s to Bell because of his excellent service.
