My wife and I were looking to get new phone. We went to several different stores and at the end of the day we find ourselves at The Source electronics store in Yorkdale mall. I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at the store. The sales guy, Alif went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones of our choice and and the plan that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. He is just an awesome and understanding guy. They are also expertise in selling Laptops, headphones, watches and accessories like mobile cases, screen protectors, gaming and its controls. They are also the service providers like bell and Virgin with great offers for students. The whole team at Source store is great. But Alif really stands out.

These guys are so unprofessional and their customer service is so bad. Associates working their sell their plans by making false promises and promotions with customers but that won’t work and the customer end up paying more bill as compared to other service providers in Market. If you enquire with them, they will never pick your call.If picked up, They will tell u to come to store and again make some changes in ur plan but at the time of your billing.Your bill won’t decrease.So, Don’t trust on them blindly.Take every discount in written form in your contract because later on they will not take responsibility.

Mr. Shakir is really soft spoken and nice. I really admire his sincerity in work. He grabbed the best deal possible for me as per my budget and need. I really appreciate the whole team of Source. I personally like this Source location very much.
