I recently went to the Elmsdale location to upgrade my cellphone and I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Harrison. Not only did he assist me with a new phone, he made a recommendation for a rate plan that much better met my current needs and offered add-ons that were relevant to my situation without being “salesy.” On top of that, unfortunately there was not a phone case at their location for the TCL30, so Harrison immediately made arrangements with the Micmac Mall location to have one shipped to Elmsdale and even called me when it arrived in short order. Overall, it is likely the best customer experience I ever had and wanted to commend Harrison for his overall professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest for exceeding my expectations.

My partner and I were not happy with our phone provider so decided to go to The Source to switch providers. The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we have ever encountered. Not only did we save money but happened to be there on a day that they were offering a promotion. We not only now have phones that work but walked away with a bag of free product. I highly recommend this store and I can’t even find words to describe the staff. Five stars is my only option but all the stars wouldn’t be enough.

My partner and I came in to grab a mouse, and ended up leaving with friends. The team, (Dawn, Harrison, and Quintin) helped us get out of a bad cell phone plan and into a great new one, got us hooked up with a styling new pair of phones, and even provided snacks and mirth and laughter galore! Not your average experience, if I could give them all the stars in the milky way I would! Alas, 5 will have to do.
