Was PROMISED after singing up for a new phone if I paid $23 per month for 2 years I would owe $0 at the end of my term. PROMISED by Christine (manager) told her I didn’t have the extra $23 as I was a student. She told me she will credit my account $20 a month for one year and $5 a month for the second year if I opted to pay the $23 per month to own my phone for $0 at the end of my term. this credit will offset the cost so I can keep my phone and not pay $600 end of term. Turns out that credit for $20 and $5 was supposed to have been given to me anyway as I ported my number from another cell provider. So her good will credit was a scam to get me to sign up. Now I’m stuck paying $600 at the end because she didn’t tell the truth. WORST service ever. This is THEFT by Christine

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I know when I walk into The Source I’m going to receive quality customer service regardless of who’s working! I would recommend this place to everyone! Even when they cannot directly help, it’s still a pleasure.

I went to The Source in GFW with my Fitbit, I was having some problems. The salesperson Joan helped me get everything working showed me what to do if it happened again. She was so helpful, I am so glad I went in. Thank you to Joan and the staff at the Grand Falls Windsor store
