I recently had an experience at this branch of The Source that left me disappointed with their customer service approach. After purchasing an item, I found it didn’t meet my expectations and attempted to return it within a week. Unfortunately, I was informed that the item couldn’t be returned due to ‘hygienic reasons,’ which wasn’t clearly communicated to me at the time of purchase. While I understand the importance of hygiene policies, it would have been helpful to have this information stated on the receipt or communicated verbally during the transaction. Additionally, the suggestion to check the online return policy felt irrelevant since my purchase was made in-store. As a consumer, I believe clear and upfront communication is essential, especially regarding return policies. It’s disappointing to encounter such barriers to resolving an issue with a purchase. I hope the store can consider improving their communication and transparency to provide a better experience for their customers.

I called this morning to ask about my AppleCare coverage and could only imagine how busy the store was, especially being within Union station. My first few calls went unanswered…not a problem by any means.

Moments later my phone rang. It was Ayaz, he wanted to know how he could be of assistance.

Remarkable business practice! In an age when call display is the standard, every retailer should be doing this!

Sadly, my coverage expired and I need to buy new AirPods but, at least I know where I’m going and the level service and kindness I’ll receive.

First, I had the opportunity to visit this location today. Well organized store, and friendly staffs that’s willing to help. Everything is organized and easy to find what you’re looking for.

Also, they were really quick in fulfilling my online order and ready for pick up as well. Not sure who the associate was but he had on a grey top, I forgot my physical ID but had a photo of it on my phone. He was generous and nice enough to accommodate after showing him of my photo ID on my device. I was able to pick up my order. Thanks for the help, guys.
