This wee place is amazing. The guys had my sons phone in for a few days as it had complete given up the ghost. After firstly fixing the screen and thinking that the problem was solved they immediately took the phone back in when the problem returned. The guys liaised with Apple and colleagues in other places to resolve the problem which was a weird error. Only when they were confident that the issue had been fixed (and it was) they returned the phone and although I was waiting on a large bill the bill I received (that included fixing the screen) was so reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. They stayed in contact by making regular calls. They are amazing. True professionals.

EDIT: the owner called me, being very kind. He apologises for the response to my request, due to a bad time in their team. I appreciated the call, which shows good customer care.

Went to them firstly to have a laptop keyboard replaced, it was pricey but it worked fine. After a few months, the same laptop stopped working and I kindly asked if they could just check one second if my charger was broken or not by plugging in a HP charger. In that case I would have purchased a new charger from them. It would have taken less than one minute to do it.
They said no, I had to book in and wait one week and pay PS25 for diagnostics. Not happy with it.

I had a couple of issues with my PS4 Console (overheating, spitting disks out and being louder than an airplane during takeoff). Decided to take it to the tech stop to get it serviced and I was certain I would have been without it for days.

The next day I get a call saying its ready, and I gained some real knowledge in being explained where it went wrong and what was fixed. Even found out that the last service I got from a different technician previously was done wrong.

Thank you so much for your speedy work and for being so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again if anything needs fixed again!!
