Adam’s awesome at what he does and a life saver, kept me from throwing my PC out the window.

I bought several parts for a new AMD build after thorough research. I brought the parts in, leaving an obscene list of instructions involving several SSDs and HDDs for 2 different builds. No problem, he got it all sorted and didn’t make any mistakes.

Tested, no issues, everything’s great. Then the nightmares started. After an insane amount of time spent troubleshooting random crashes, checking and testing every part, he started replacing every component until Adam figured out it was the CPU which was faulty (thanks AMD).

He rebuilt it with the replacement CPU in a short amount of time and now everything is flawless.

I needed a replacement for my 14 year old HP tower which was dying in front of me due to today’s demand placed on it. These guys had looked after my old unit and had kept it going for as long as it could keep running and had done a brilliant job which is why I went to them for a replacement. I could not be happier with the service and the new PC which they have supplied me. I would and do highly recommend these guys for any repairs or services.

My partner & I visited the TechStore, Newport, today with a Desktop Workstation needing repair. We got immediate, very courteous, attention; the fault on our Desktop was identified whilst we waited. The faulty RAM was immediately replaced; Desktop tested & proved to be fully functional again. The repair price was very reasonable.
