Very poor experience

I got a brand new iPhone 15 and was flying to Egypt, I wanted a case so before I flew that evening I nipped into this shop as I was in Ashton, he went on at me to buy a camera protector which I ended up doing and he fitted it, I flew out that night and went to take a picture when we landed but couldn’t use my flash my whole holiday, I couldn’t take a picture with a flash on because he had pushed it on too tight.. I went back when I returned to the and explained what he had done, I need my flash for my job and generally want to use it on my camera. I explained what had happened and the guy in there was so rude! He waffling on saying he’s a doctor and a professional photographer, which was irrelevant , my camera protector had a tiny scratch on it and I could clearly see the shadow when I taken a picture in the shop, he said he would replace this protector which I had done but I would have to pay as it had a scratch the protector is to protect it with scratches and that wasn’t the problem the problem was the camera was pushed on too tight ( it was only PS5 for a new one but it’s not the point ) all my family seen the shadow and so did they , he taken my protector off and then started taking pictures ( not a clue why as obv it was now going to work ) I told him I shouldn’t have to pay as this is there problem but he was so rude! I told him I would leave a review which he replied I don’t care we have lots of good reviews
Any way a lovely gent in the inside market sorted and my flash now works so I can use my new phone with a protector

These people are very rude and don’t care about their customers needs or if they mess up they will not sort it

This is the first bad review I have left in 33 years but I’m absolutely shocked at the service provided .

It’s not about the money as a PS5 is nothing but it’s about a service someone provides

Every time I went to the tech store the staff was very rude and one of them even went on to try and treat me as if I am stupid I have bought 3 products from there and each product ended up broken for example I bought a set of blue tooth headphones for PS25 I only had them for 3 days and after charging they would not get past 80% then I bought a blue tooth speker from the same place I also played PS25 and it would disconnect it’s self and stutter so I took it to them and again the staff were very rude theni got another blue tooth speker from them and this time I went to unplug it from the charger and the recver ripped out of it so once the battery dies I will not have a blue tooth speker so to summarise if I could give a 0 Star review I would because the staff are rude and lies to their customers by one of them saying they are doctor and they also sell foltey products I know one thing thats certain I will never be going back the again I don’t recommend anyone to go there

I went into the tech store and asked them if they could replace my broken screen on my Samsung galaxy A03 CORE and after I took it home the screen started to play up so I reset my phone and and then that’s when I could do anything on the phone it wouldn’t let me touch anything on the screen so when I took it back the gentleman behind the counter (ash) kindly looked at it for me and fixed it for me free of charge thank you tech store my phone is now all in working order
