I would like to thank Techout for the help they gave us yesterday in sorting out my I Pad which had virtually stopped working. They quickly identified the problem was simply I had too many apps running and virtually too much of everything going on in the background ! His fingers danced over the IPad and closed and removed all the duplicated items and unnecessary clutter, leaving the IPAD back to normal. All done in a couple of minutes, when we asked how much we owed him, he said nothing just give us a favourable recommendation to your friends if you want to. This we are very pleased to do. I cracked my screen rollerskating underneath the screen protectors so I went in for a screen replacement. They were so good! Ben and Dom were so great, they offered me options and changed my screen within an hour. They also have a green light box and helped me apply the new screen protector. Really great customer service and great pricing. It’s nice to have budget options when you have an older phone. Thanks boys!

Don’t bother with any other high street device shops. Techout is far far superior.
