Operated quickly, gave some feedback on how to avoid same problems again, kept me updated on the progress over the phone. Overall, the owner left a great impression – cheerful, very nice and polite over the phone, and when handing in/picking up the computer! This is the type of service is the one that I would recommend to my friends in an instant, and will be using again if I need computer help! The fact that help can be provided over the weekend and for such long hours really makes this worth even 6 stars!
I have been using The Workshop Computers for several years now for when computing goes wrong. Kevin is very thorough in his assessment, very careful to explain what is happening and excellent at reaching a successful outcome. The main thing is I fully trust his advice. I just wish he also fixed cars!!! You can’t have everything.
