Very bad experience!!! they sent me a laptop full of problems, ram not working and other stuff, the laptop was stopping every two minutes with blue screen, and after was very slow and not responding I sent it back two times and they never fixed the problem only were putting some patches / workarounds that didn’t fix the issue, when I wanted the money back they didn’t want to give the money back, I had to put a complaint on ebay to get my money back, never again with this company… Lost lots of time wasted for nothing almost three months for nothing…
Very fast delivery and the item came in a better than expected condition! A+ would recommend and buy again! Only negative is that sometimes the images on the listings do not match 100% the item being sold. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of the items share common defects and it would take a while to catalogue them all with 1-to-1 pics. However, if you are into refurbished tech please give it a try.
Bough a used laptop off of them, which had flaws, but the price was still a bargain and it fit my needs perfectly. I was surprised by how well this beaten up laptop was packaged, came with extra stickers for the keyboard, and a charger on top. I didn’t expect all that for this price, nevertheless it was a great surprise. Needles to say the shipping was shockingly fast as well. If I could, I gave 6 stars.
