absolutely horrible staff i would NOT recommend going here, i went in today to buy 2 new phones for my children and the staff was very unhelpful, was also a bit verbal towards me especially the manager she shouted at me very loudly and aggressively to leave the store!!
Brilliant service from Mike this morning! Fixed the issue with my phone without hesitation, really nice gut and when I mentioned the experience when I got home my wife praised Mike too for her previous visit, so clearly very consistent service!
What amazing customer service. Staff stayed till 7pm to sort a new mobile upgrade for me. Rachelle Cooper and Michael Chowne, thank you for your perseverance and patience.
