My partner took a sim only contract with three, after a few weeks she couldn’t receive incoming calls,we visited the store for hours on numerous occasions and also contacted through the app and on the phone over several weeks.
We were then told the area manager had said that we would be allowed to leave the contract as they weren’t able to fix it.
We then got contacted from three complaints team who also confirmed we could leave.
Now my partner is being chased for almost PS600 by debt recovery and three Kilmarnock won’t deal with her as she’s not a customer.
Worst customer service we’ve ever had.
Next stop is a lawyer.
Avoid at all costs.

Contract due for renewal had 2 year deal first year no problems second year at nearly bill time told has exceeded my limit it’s paid direct debit never missed a payment contract was unlimited so no limits basically said never heard of that told them never get through to shop on phone about this the reply was customers in shop come first I said I’m existing customer he said I didn’t know that piss poor customer service don’t use this shop no customer care only want your money minus 5 stars I’ve got new contract with a different company that will deliver what they say hopefully they will restaff that shop

Travelling to Prestwick Airport from Kilmarnock, I realised I’d forgotten to print my car hire documents. Asked at the Three shop if there was anywhere locally I could print, without any hesitation manager says send it to me in an email & I’ll print it off for you. Not a Three customer, made no purchase in store but offered an excellent & spontaneous service with no strings or expectations. This is customer service at its best, brilliant, thank you.
