I’ve stuck with Three for over 20 years because of great network coverage at sensible prices and superb customer service. Every time my contract is due to end, I go in and SPEAK to an actual person, who quickly assesses my needs and sorts out the very best contract to meet them. Their recommendations have never fallen short of my expectations and their staff never try to oversell products.
Three is a great service. Fantastic network for data and signal. But unfortunately I doubt the staffs knowledge about phones, I was sold a phone 2 years newer than my previous phone, yet it was worse than what I currently own.
