I am getting a new phone from Carphone Warehouse on the network 3 and I popped into 3 to look at the cases for the phone, and the lady who was there was very helpful, she described the cases, and helped me with the different types and protection types, she asked me about the deal I will get and also the colour (which is hard to choose) and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the two colours (Black and White.) I was very impressed with the service as she was VERY friendly and chatted as if we knew each other, unlike all the other phone shops in town where they all just want you to buy from their shop! Excellent service, didnt feel at uncomfortable in this shop, like I usually feel uncomfortable in other shops.

I was in a it of a hurry to purchase my new phone on a new contract. I came prepared with phone details and all details of my contract. There are mixed reviews with the customer service, I’d say they needed more people available to help with customers, that said when they did get to you they did apologise for delay and help as soon as possible. I think the problem with my experience however is that they were chatting to the customer in front of me who was leading the conversation complaining about previous phones he’s owned. This took 10-15 mins. I think it would be handled better if they politely apologised and explained they needed to serve other customers as a queue of 3 other people formed behind me.

What an absolute joke of accompany twice today I have been on there live chat to resolve issues. Totalling 5 1/2hours and still they have not made me a very happy customer. I had 5 contracts with them cancelling 2 as I’m fed up to the back teeth, they never resolve a complaint and always takes you 3bor 4 departs or people to go through. I have asked for their billing details so I can raise my invoice for my time. Low and behold they will not give it too me. Can not wait to change all the contracts from them. Enough is enough
