Purchased a MiFi contract online for collection in store only to be told it couldn’t be taken away due to a ‘system issue’ which is neither here nor there. The root cause for the one star review is how someone called ‘Roxy’ or ‘Roxanne’ unsure which, basically completed a 2nd credit check and took out ANOTHER contract without requesting authority to do so which is detrimental as we have a Mortgage in principle which will probably not materialise due to the incompetence of the above. I have raised a complaint with the Financial Conduct Authority and will refer to the ICO. I also have a call recording with the store manager confirming this ‘Roxy’ admitting this.

I have been with my 3 shop in Accrington for 10 years, I haven’t been for years, when I have the staff and everyone where very very helpful and helped me a lot, I will be going again I do need a new phone I wouldn’t go anywhere else I would recommend my 3 phone to everyone I am hoping to see them tomorrow I do need some help for my phone and my tablet, see you soon I know you will help me as you have done before.
