I was served by Zain on 25/02/2024, very nice and friendly guy had a good laugh whilst we sorted the sim I was buying out and he also gave me a great offer on a tablet which pulled my leg into adding it to my contract which I was more than happy to do.

Very friendly guy and great service, can also tell he is a very good salesman which I applaud.

Was there for around 15 minutes and he was happy to help at any point, any questions I had were met with simple replies that really helped me to understand. Wish him all the best, I never write reviews anywhere but Zain deserves some recognition for his calm and approachable demeanor! Much respect.

Today I went to the three shop in Ashton-under-Lyne,Lancashire.The staff were welcoming,professional and so helpful.The store manager and Kinan and the rest of the team were great. Avoid Three at all costs. Truly abysmal policies that lead to shockingly bad customer service. IF!! everything is going OK, then alls good. But as soon as there is an issue “the computer says no” and the staff have zero ability to help. If you value your time and sanity, avoid at all costs.
