Bret from your 3 store Cannock branch is one of the most efficient people I have had a dealing with . His contract knowledge and efficiency at sorting out my four contracts was very impressive. Two other advisors from the other two branches I was put in touch were not patient enough to deal with my families four contracts and one even discounted the online chat as soon as I mentioned four contracts for renewal.

Been into store today to collect a new sim and George was so very helpful. Changing all 4 of my contracts to sit under one account and all for a very competitive price too. He made the whole thing simple and quick and very polite along the way. I had to call back a little later with a query and Rob handled this in the same way. Both a credit to the company.
