Lewis took time to understand our needs and came up with the perfect recommendation for our three mobiles, saving us money and significantly improving our 3 service SIM plans. Everything was explained in clear detail and our understanding of the offer checked and double checked to ensure we were 100% happy. Hi I just wanted to sing the praises of Lewis & Dan at the Carmarthen 3 Store, especially Lewis, he has dealt with me on at least 4 different occasions & is a friendly & knowledgeable guy, he also has great banter. This occasion of getting an upgrade on my son’s phone has been very challenging to say the least but through no fault of the store it has really been an up hill struggle. If it wasn’t for Lewis, I wouldn’t have persevered for the new upgrade but he tried his best to get things on track with the help of Dan (who btw makes a mean cup of tea) believe me it was needed. Thanks again guy’s for everything!!

The people that work in this shop are great. They go above and beyond and never make you feel that you are inadequate when struggling with technology. I have also learnt today that they are offering learning sessions to try and assist anyone who feels that they are digitally isolated or that would just like to learn more how technology can help us get more connected. This service in part is funded by the staff working voluntary overtime. Massive thanks to this team for all their hard work and they should be praised for their efforts.
