I returned to the 3 shop after 14 months when I got my phone, Jam was still working there.. I had a problem with a contract.. Jam sorted it out for me again.. brilliant service.. I’m looking forward to October when I need to upgrade my phone again. I will bring my dog with me on that visit.. Merry Xmas for 2023.

What a delight! I just had 3 visits to the 3 Mobile shop in Crewe and they were fantastic..all the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. But more importantly they were also willing to take time to sit down and listen to me. Sia was the lady who helped me resolve all my Samsung questions (must have seemed like mastermind audition !).- Recommend to everyone.
