I had a problem with my PC and I could not use it at all.I contacted Thurrock PC services for advice and Alan was very helpful and knew exactly what the problem was.My computer was fixed in record time and Alan also helped with a much needed upgrade at a very good price.My computer is an older model is but now like new and the help and advice was fantastic.I have used other people before and always felt that I paid for things I did not need (and was charged a lot for it),Alan was honest with the advice and help given and I could not be happier.I do not usually leave reviews but this was well deserved
People like me who are a bit out of depth when it comes to things like computers and getting problems fixed associated with them, need people like Mr Surry in their life.Another bonus is that he does not not make people like me feel stupid with any problem big or small. I have used Thurrock PC Services a few times when I have had tech problems & viruses on my laptop. I have had great service, & cannot complain about anything that I have had fixed. I’ve even had the pc fixed & back to me within the same day on several occasions. Excellent service all round.
