After having issues with my external hard drive that inadvertently lead to being COMPLETELY locked out of my computer after using Google to resolve the issue and spending way too much time trying to fix the issue myself, I raced into TimeWeb and Philip was absolutely amazing! He availed himself to resolving the issue straight away. After a couple of hours and hardly a dent to my credit card – given the works completed – I left extremely happy and so relieved. All I had to do when I got home was reload a few programs. Good thing I regularly run back ups too! Thanks again Philip!
