Perfect experience! Thank you guys so much. I have been using this laptop for 5 years and never got the fans changed, and one of them just suddenly stopped working. I went to the store and they helped me change a new one in only 2 days. Now the noise of the fans and the overheating problem are solved as well. Really satisfying result and patient service. I had such a positive experience with Titan IT Repairs. I had an urgent liquid issue with my computer over the weekend, and Max helped me right away. Not only that, but I was leaving the city on Monday for a work trip where I needed my computer and he and the team fixed it in time. I am grateful for them! I highly recommend Titan!
Had a busted graphics card so bought a new one. The old one got jammed on the Motherboard so phoned Titan. Max came round the next day and get the old card free but the new card wouldn’t work. Max came round to fix the new card the next day and the day after that until the job was done. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
