I was fixing my IPhone XS which was stuck on an apple. At first they said it was the battery, ok – we’ll change it. The problem did not go away, then they said that they needed to change the screen – ok, the problem went away, to celebrate, I took the phone and successfully used it, until it was discovered that the volume and modem buttons did not work without sound! Before the renovation, everything worked! The guys shrugged their shoulders and said that they would solve this problem for another $100.
There is no guarantee that after replacing these buttons something else will stop working! I’m very disappointed!

150$ for iPhone 14 repair screen replacement. I was charged taxes on top of that but was not provided an itemized receipt, even though I asked for one.

The person asked for my phone password to make sure the phone would unlock but also then took another 20 minutes to continue working on it. This made me feel uncomfortable as they had access to all my information, Apple Pay, credit cards in mobile wallet… I will be on worried and checking my statements because of it.

The screen is not the same quality as the original iPhone screens.

For the difference of 50$, I wish I had gone to the Apple Store.
