I came in with several issues on my iPhone, Noor immediately was able to solve the problem because my phone was an older model, I decided to upgrade to a 15. With Noor’s excellent assistance, I selected a phone with accessories. Then left while she transferred the data; and set my new phone up. Incredibly efficient; and fabulous service Thank you!!
So my phone died a horrific death. I was in a rush to replace it and had a difficult time doing so. I walked in the store and got quick help and was on my way in fairly quick time, considering my old phone was dead and not helping to set up new one. Tha ks again for all the support! I was in such a rush I forgot my new box . . .
Noor in Port Alberni was excellent! She was busy when we arrived and handled all the customers very efficiently and Kim the store manager was excellent as I emailed her in the morning and by the afternoon we had new phones thank you to both Kim and Noor! Job well done!
