The sales people here are overcharging users. They will claim that you have to only pay for “taxes” on a device where in fact if you dig in they add a device margin fee, VIP care membership and other fees which adds up to $110 extra fees. Totally unethical owners and employees. They don’t give you the invoice and only provide a final amount transaction receipt. When you finally confront them, they deny and claim that they are up front, but in fact they purposely obfuscate their extra fees as provincial and federal sales tax.

This store’s customer service is top notch. I came in 30 minutes before closing to buy a new phone and the two individuals helping were so kind and patient. Snizhana stayed more than 45 minutes after the store closed to make sure my phone was set up correctly and she was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this TELUS store enough! Great people and great service.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Telus. My phone was not working properly and the representative I dealt with explained the reason. I had been thinking of upgrading and enquired about it, and was eligible so I did. The rep was very helpful and made every effort to get me a reasonable deal. She was very pleasant and friendly.
