Tom is a lovely guy who took a look at my liquid soaked laptop immediately at the end of the day instead of going home, understanding the importance of acting fast to have a chance of saving my machine, others were willing to look ‘tomorrow’ as the soonest. He also went in on his day off to work on it, dried out all the components and went above and beyond and best of all he got it working again for me. I was so surprised he could save it due to knowing how much liquid it had soaked up! I’m so incredibly grateful and he comes highly recommended by me! Many thanks again. A Christmas miracle! also he wouldn’t let me pay any extra which I wanted to to show my appreciation for what he had done to insure my laptop was saved!

My laptop had stopped charging and on going into Tom’s, he tested the charger with a meter, discovering that that was the problem. He then checked the fuse and specification of the charger against the battery of my laptop, discovering that the charger was incompatible, so he found another appropriate one online before suggesting a universal one that he had in stock on sale, again testing that against the meter and then allowing me to test it on my laptop before purchase. It was fantastic service by a guy who clearly knew his stuff at a reasonable price – definitely worth it for any technological issues.

Sorry couldn’t give a no star review as I popped in today to ask a question and was told he wasn’t there but he was clearly there in the back as I view him at not attempt did he come to ask me what my question was just left me standing there like a lemon in the shop. So I left as no response went to P.C world and the gentleman in there helped me out with 16 minor repairs on laptops at PS100 pounds pet item.
