Their returns policy is a bit unique (15% restocking fee), and it would be best if you didn’t have to return anything. I suppose that is part of being a bargain store. Just make sure you want to buy the product in front of you. But I knew what I wanted to buy and I had a great experience.

I wanted an iPad 5th generation and found one in great shape, $100 off. The service was friendly. He accurately pointed out the savings from the full price, the small memory of the iPad and the warranty on the product. I felt like he didn’t want me to be misled.

I think if you do your research from home, and know a good reliable product to buy, this place is great to save some money! (Products will be used or refurbished, but looking brand new nonetheless.)

I don’t suggest to buy from open box. I bought a vacuum that has no floor model. after using few times my wife got back ache due to heaviness of the device. they claimed that they don’t accept return. i recommend to buy from places that if you found the device damage your health, they also take care and accept to take back.

Great store. Wonderful place to save some money if you are looking into TVs, Dyson and apple products. The staff will show you the condition of the item you are buying before you pay. Everything has warranty, and they are helpful if you have issue with the product. Some apple products even still have apple care.
