I arrived at your store at 5:00 PM Friday with the urgent need to replace the battery in my phone, as I was informed that the repair could be completed in less than one hour and that I would receive a call to collect my device within that timeframe.

Unfortunately, the events that unfolded afterward were highly unprofessional and unacceptable but you also neglected to provide me with an invoice for the service rendered. This lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer care is unacceptable.

To my dismay, I never received a call notifying me that my phone was ready for pick-up. Consequently, I made my way to your store at 5:58PM, only to find it closed and the door locked. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your store by phone, all my calls went unanswered and were directed to voicemail.

The phone in question is not a mere luxury item; it holds immense importance as it was intended for my grandfather, who is currently in the emergency room. The urgency of the matter was conveyed to your staff when I requested the same-day repair, and I was assured that it could be done within an hour.

I find it utterly unacceptable that your store would make promises it cannot keep. If the phone could not be repaired on the same day, or within the timeframe initially communicated, I should have been informed of this in advance. This would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements or seek assistance elsewhere. Instead, I wasted valuable time waiting for a call that never came, only to discover your store abandoned and inaccessible.

To make matters worse, when I visited your store on Monday expecting to finally collect my phone, I was met with another disappointment. Despite the sign outside the store indicating that it would be open, the store was closed once again. This blatant disregard for your stated operating hours and the inconvenience it caused me is completely unacceptable.

I visited the store on Tuesday with the intention of picking up my phone. However, it is important to mention that I had not received any prior communication from the store regarding the status of my phone. Upon reaching the store, I approached one of the staff members who informed me that they had left the store five minutes earlier than the scheduled closing time on Friday. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the staff member sincerely apologized to me and expressed their best efforts to address the issue.
