A few days ago I took my old desk-top in for service-Dave called back today and explained it was better to buy a new one than spend $4-500 on updating it–he could have done the up-dating and charged me.
I was impressed with his honesty and relieved that he called before doing any more work on it. What did I owe him? Nothing-free of charge. That’s the way to win customers….

i had a positive experience with Ryan today who very promptly provided knowledge and fixes for an email server DNS migration issue I was having. he clearly understood the issue and provided a working solution for me within the hour.
for myself, its a huge relief to know that there are local experts available for technical issues like the one i had today.

Not a place to take your PC for troubleshooting.
Sadly they were not able to properly troubleshoot my PC due to lack of on hand PC components such as a graphic card or power supply. I ended up figuring it out on my own.
If you don’t know, don’t except the work. Friendly staff though.
