I came to this repair shop based on convenience for a initial battery replacement. I was offered replacement with a risk where it might not work if the phone’s motherboard is faulty and it may not turn back on again. I accepted risk and proceeded with the replacement. I went sat in my car and waited for the prompt service. I was altered by the technician that there is something else wrong, I was showed the issue with a faulty screen. I had no option but to agree with a screen replacement too with a discount. I was offered to guarantee with a replacement which gave me confidence with the service.

Update 28-11-2020: I came back to the shop and reported the front facing camera was not working. We tested the phone and noted the front camera was defective therefore the engineer offered to fix the phone.

Cracked my screen, took it to this place. The guys working there well spoken, the guy who repaired my iPhone 7 replaced my screen and the ear piece which he didn’t charge extra for and gave it a good clean internally (a lot of dust, lol).
