My sys had a screen blackout n I tried getting it repaired from a near by service centre in coventry and they were unable to fix it. They weren’t able to figure out the issue in the first case and they asked me to collect my laptop after a day.
After a lil bit of browsing I found softland approached them.I walked in without prior appointment, still he greeted me with courtesy n smile had lil chat, n i got to know he is a wmg graduate n i am flattered with his expertise n character. Very humble n Genuine techie i have ever seen. He just sorted the issue in 40 mins he understood my urgency n he completed the whole thing n gave me some freebies too .
Unlike others he is someone working with passion n sound knowledge.

I had Gaming Windows PC broken on Saturday, I contacted Softland and my job was booked Instantly, they recovered my lost data, virus scanned the data, inspected all computer parts i.e. SSD, RAM, GPU then applied thermal pasting on CPU, cleaned the motherboard and cable terminals with Electric cleaner, Installed the latest Windows 11 with latest updates, drivers and also supplied McAfee Antivirus till Feb 2025. Everything was done in 3 hours, and I collected the PC back and ready to play games again! Very good guy and great service would highly recommended! Well done Ash!
My computer was not receiving power and therefore could not turn on. There were also various problems with the battery and BIOS battery. Ash has a great knowledge of computers and works very quickly and cleanly. It was the fastest and most satisfied computer repair I have ever had.
