Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Took my 2 phones in for a file transfer as one of them was broken. The owner assured me it would take 2-3 hours so I stuck around, but I spent all day in town waiting, every time I checked back in he was talking on facetime instead of doing anything and kept telling me to come back in 20 mins, which i did about 7 or 8 times and it was still not done. When I told him I couldn’t wait any longer at around 6pm (all other shops now shut) he was extremely rude and told me I wasted his time, even though he had me waiting around 6 hours and still hadn’t completed the work he said would take no more than 3 hours. He also blamed me and told me it was because he didn’t know the phone wouldn’t charge properly, even though I told him this when I brought the phone in and he told me it wasn’t a problem at the time. I wouldn’t have minded if he was honest with me, but being told constantly there was “20 minutes left” over and over and over was extremely exasperating and he was incredibly rude about it. Would never go to this shop again or recommend him to anyone due to his rude and nasty behaviour and unhelpful manner. Total time waster.

If there was a option for 0 star I would of picked disappointed in every single way 200 pounds plus later my screen has been replaced by a cheap knock of version that goes off and flashes all pixilated I can hardly use it without the frustration getting to me I’ve been in shop showed him the problem he tryed telling me yeah samsugs do tha when u out them on charge.. in the end he ends up screaming and me because I want a refund d till the point I loose my temper back then to top it off to I’ve spent 40+pounds back n forth his shop on 4-5 different occasions when it was supposed to be fixed and it wasntbecome bloke is a time waster and a rip off

Went in on Saturday asked can they put a screen protector on my phone and he put it on at it not sitting right on the phone so I went back today and told they and they said they have no other problem with screen protector she said she could give my money back but they would take the screen protector off my phone not happy
