Went into Trillium PC as they are a licensed Lenovo warranty dealer. My computer was having issues and had already been serviced by some local Lenovo service reps and they couldn’t fix it. I brought it into Trillium and Nelson took my computer and was able to diagnose the issues and fix the problem after a couple of visits. He went above and beyond the warranty guidelines and didn’t charge me for the services that were not covered. Definitely will be back for my next computer purchase.
Had to bring in my Lenovo because the company could give 2 craps about their customers. Thankfully this was not the case with Trillium. They went out of their way to solve my issue and now Lenovo isn’t taking care of their hard work either. Hoping a five star review and getting some eyes on them will help, they really deserve it.
I wish there are more business like this one. I spent a good week trying to locate a very specific screw to install SSD card into Lenovo computer. Couldn’t find it online, it is out of stock with Lenovo… Finally called TrillipmPC, they had the screw and did the install in less than 10 min, for free… I will remember this.
