I walked in for battery replacements on an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 12 on a random mid Saturday afternoon.

Ray took his time running diagnostics on both phones to make sure there were no other things that required repair and then informed me that I would be able to pick the phones up the following Monday as they are closed on the Sunday.

To my surprise he phoned me up less than 2 hours later that the work had been and I could pick up the phones!
