Neujahr bootet mein Laptop nicht mehr, mehrere Reparatur-Dienste mit Linux-Kenntnis in dieser Woche noch im Betriebsurlaub=Verzweiflung. Bin dann bei Tuxman gelandet und sowas von zufrieden. Trotz Arch Betriebssystem, das dort nicht zum Alltag gehort, mit viel Ruhe und Durchhaltevermogen das Problem gefunden und behoben. Bin nach einer Stunde mit vollstandig funktionierendem Computer wieder raus, zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Sehr bodenstandig, unaufgeregt und angenehm. Ein grosses Dankeschon, ich werde bei Bedarf auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen!
Don’t go there, bought a headset, it stopped working after 3 months so I went back to the store with the bank transaction because I paid by card from the exact same guy who was behind the counter today. But he couldn’t help me because I didn’t had the receipt. He gave my a full detailed invoice when I bought them, I paid by card so I have the transaction info and whom he keeps a copy from for his taxes. Its not about the money because the headset was super cheap but the principle!!!
I am so happy with the services from Matthias. He is a true customer friendly person. He took out almost an hour to help me figure out the right laptop for me. He even assembled the full laptop for me with dual operating system, Linux mint and windows. The whole customisation was free of cost and was done in a day.
I would definitely recommend everyone to try out his services. You will never regret.
