Don’t bother took lg 3d tv apparently put new back-light panel kit in took it home tried a 3d film the screen was completely put of sync then next day screen started clitching as per video rang up with in 3 days spoke to lady and then engineer only to tell me they haven’t messed with 3d setting which I didn’t say they had but obviously the panel has everything to do with it sent vid to engineer to look at but he hasn’t got back to me I also mentioned that tv isn’t made anymore and was last made in 2015 approx and did he use Wright panel kit but no reply paid by card so I have asked card people to dispute payment plus will be going through trading standards seems to give excuses all the time apart from these problems picture look good just think the replacement panel is glitching because it not ment for my tv model

Very pleased with the excellent service I received. My LG Smart TV Picture was awful and no matter what I did it with settings it stayed the same.
I was recommended to contact TV Link Ltd and they called promptly, looked it over and advised 3 of the back-lights had gone. They said they would have to take it back to base to repair it and offered me a substitute TV while they fixed mine…Nice touch. It was packed safely into their van in its own padded compartment.

They had if for just under a week and when it came back the picture was amazing, sharp and bright as a Smart TV should be. The difference was incredible.

Took TV back light to be fixed. TV sometimes works most the time doesn’t and is patchy. Called and said would have to pay again as it’s out of warranty. Lasted about 8 months and paid PS130 ripoff. I don’t mind paying more usually for a better service but in this case. poor service and TV still doesn’t work. Went to another shop and they said they would have done it for half the price. Great TV shop in sedgley. Way over priced for the work they do. Read all reviews before going. I learnt the hard way unfortunately. 1 year later – TV has now stopped working altogether. I found out it was a problem with a wire that was fitted when they did the back lights.
