I had a problem with my Panasonic hard drive… I was on the phone for 35 minutes with Panasonic help line…

After unplugging every cable, plug and aerial and going back to factory settings…. Still none the wiser…

Panasonic actually said… We are baffled…. We will have a think and ring you back… But they never did.

So I phoned up TV Video service as they are local.

Unbelievable service…. He told me what he thought would rectify they problem over the phone..

I did what he suggested and glad to say IT WORKED..

Now he could have came out and charged me a call out fee…. But he did not…… So he obviously not out to rip people off… Which is very nice to come across nowdays.

So his number is now in our phone book….

And I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TV VIDEO SERVICE.

Being technically challenged I needed someone to sort out one of my TVs following the cancellation of Sky (so many cables!) and to set up a new smart TV in another room. I phoned on Monday morning and it was all done by mid afternoon the same day and at a reasonable cost. The engineer was pleasant and knowledgeable and was happy to give me advice on how to operate the controls. I will have no hesitation in using them again and have already passed on their details to friends and neighbours.

I found ray after my four year Sharp 49inch TV picture just went and needed someone to take a look. Ray responded very quickly (it was a Sunday as well) and said it sound like it could be repaired. Took it to him and he rung back later with a quote which was accepted and he said ready following week. Had a call after four days, all fixed and ready. Great friendly service and currently enjoying the Lionesses vs USA on the big TV. Thank you Ray, very happy with great service.
